4 slices bread
4 oz Bries, sliced thin
2 T butter
1. Place bread slices on work surface. Top 2 slices of bread with sliced Brie, and the other 2 with the fig jam. Close sandwiches so that each has both Brie and jam.
2. Heat 1 T butter in a frying pan large enough to hold both sandwiches. Spread remaining butter on top of sandwiches.
3. Place sandwiches butter side up in pan and cook until golden, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook until other side is golden and filling is warmed through, about 4 minutes more.
